Can I pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly?
Absolutely, we can manage your direct debit plan to suit your pay cycles – as long as you let us know when you sign-up we can set up the frequency to suit anyone’s life.
You can also pay for your membership by the term (basec on school terms)
Can I pay eftpos/cash rather than direct debit?
We have debit card facilities on site and do take cash as well for most payments.
For membership fees paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly we only accept direct debit payments.
For per term membership or other purchases, you’re welcome to pay via card or cash on the day.
Are there any transaction fees on top of the membership?
You will not incur any additional transaction fee on top of your membership. We absorb all direct debit fees so you don’t have to. Our Direct Debit company may charge a small fee if your payments bounce, but this can be avoided if you notify us in advance if you’re having any issues.
What’s the process if I need to cancel?
We do not have an unreasonable cancellation policy other than providing 30 days’ notice via email to info@zmax.com.au. If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so at any time, however we do not offer any refunds on payments made.
What if I’m injured or have to travel for work?
Our Suspension and Injury Policy covers if you injure yourself, whether in training or out, having surgery, or travelling for work, we halt payments for up to 8 weeks, or until you return to training. Then once you return, we resume payments the first week you’re back, back onto the regular schedule. (Alternatively you can cancel your membership and pick up training again once you’re ready). Unfortunatetly, this policy does not cover beyond 8 weeks of suspension, and we’d usually recommend to cancel Sub-Headlineand rejoin when you’re ready.
NO LOCK-IN CONTRACTS
We don’t believe in contracts. We want you to stay and continue to train at Zone Martial Arts because you love it and because you get results. If you need to exit your membership, or if you think Zone Martial Arts is not right for you, no problems. You can cancel any time, we just ask that you give us 30 days’ notice and your agreement will end – No questions asked. No hassles.
NO SIGN-UP FEES
We know that getting started with healthier choices can be really tough, and many people usually fail on their promises to get fit, and some even have countless attempts to keep healthy. That’s why we don’t charge for sign up fees. We want to make your journey to starting at the gym as easy as possible.
INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY AND COACHES
Unlike most Martial Arts Clubs, we actually care when you can’t come in to class. You’re more than a number or another ‘customer’ to us. We are all together on this journey to become healthier and fitter, and we simply love doing life together. Come in for your first class and not only will you see our incredible community, but also feel to become one with the team and family. At Zone Martial Arts, it’s always people first and fitness follows.

Please note our membership fees include payments during public holidays, Christmas shutdown, as well as any long-weekends.
Classes are run 50 weeks a year and during school holidays, we run on a smaller schedule.
